Berry Kir Royale

Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons creme de cassis
  • Prosecco, chilled, for serving

Instructions

  1. Drop 1 to 3 raspberries in each of 4 Champagne flutes. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of creme de cassis in the bottom of each glass. Top off each glass with some prosecco. Serve immediately.
