Berry Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (or to taste)
  • Grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • Whole berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the berries, coconut milk and honey or sugar in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Chill and serve garnished with whole berries.;
