  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor Carnation® Breakfast Essentials™ Complete Nutritional Drink
  • ½ cup vanilla or berry-flavored lowfat yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries or other berries

Instructions
