Bella Bella Bellini

Ingredients

  • Half of a 15-ounce can (about 1 cup) sliced peaches in juice, drained
  • 16 fresh raspberries
  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

Instructions

  1. Put peaches in a small food processor or blender, and pulse until pureed. Evenly distribute the peach puree among 8 champagne flutes, about 1 tablespoon per glass.
  2. Place two raspberries in each glass and top with sparkling white wine. Enjoy!
