Beet Sangria with Winesap Apples

Ingredients

  • 4 winesap apples, or other firm apple, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 lemon with peel, cut into wedges
  • 5 medium beets
  • Grapes, orange wedges, or pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press the apples and lemon through the juicer, followed by the beets. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh fruit.
