Ingredients

• 2 to 3 ounces brandy or light rum
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Nutmeg

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top.
