Bananas with Sugar and Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 8 bananas
  • 2 cups creme fraiche
  • Unprocessed sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut bananas into 1/4-inch slices on the bias. Place into a bowl. Spoon creme fraiche over the bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
