Avocado Stressbuster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1-percent milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more if needed
  • 4 whole ice cubes
  • 1 avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In the pitcher of a blender add 1 cup water, the milk, honey, ice cubes and avocados, and blend until smooth. Taste may vary based on the sweetness of the avocados; add additional honey if needed. Stir in the chia seeds, then pour into glasses and serve.
