Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, very finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 9 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 pound asparagus, cooked
