Best Recipe for Anything Rice
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked rice
- leftover chicken, pork chops, hamburger, fish, shrimp, bacon, or whatever
Instructions
