Antipasto
Ingredients
- 1 package (5-ounce) mixed salad greens, Fresh Express®
- 1 pound assorted deli meats (such as salami, mortadella, ham and cappocola)
- 1 jar (16-ounces) mixed olives, Giuliano Olive Antipasto®
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup pepperoncini salad peppers
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette, Newman's Own®

Instructions
- Place salad greens on a cake pedestal or serving platter. Arrange meats, olives, beans, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, tomatoes and pepperoncini on top of greens. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
