Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup salt
• 1/2 cup adobo
• 3/4 cup paprika
• 3/4 cup chili powder
• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons ground allspice
